Located between Sudbury and Timmins on Highway 144, Gogama is one of Northeastern Ontario’s natural treasures.
Situated on pristine Lake Minisinakwa, Gogama is home to roughly 450 people, with the population increasing during summer months.

The natural beauty of the area can be enjoyed on numerous canoe routes, hiking and snowmobile trails. Gogama also offers world class hunting and fishing, with various motels, lodges and resorts to accommodate visitors.

Gogama relies on our volunteers for everything from staffing special events to assisting departments with daily activities, such as shelving library books, staffing our museum or volunteer fire department.
